The easiest way I’ve discovered to beef up sales

Everyone and their brother has a podcast today. So much so that I just saw an offer from Tai Lopez—leave whatever feelings you have for him and his marketing at the door, nobody ever said you can’t learn from guys you may not like—where his entire offer is being a guest on your podcast.
I don’t know how much Tai is charging for something like this.
But I do know it’s a good way to “borrow” his positioning and fame to grow your business. (I don’t know whether Tai attracts buyers… and I have a suspicion that he attracts a lot of low-quality leads who just want to “make money online” but ya never know…)
And you know what?
Interviews and podcasts are mayhap the easiest way to beef up sales for your own business or your clients’ businesses.
At least it has been in my experience.
For example:
Mayhap my most profitable email “template” (for lack of a better word) in my client’s business is taking his interviews, writing podcast show note copy for it, and adding a link to whichever product my client and his guest were chit-chatting about.
It ain’t all that hard. (I’ve written almost as many podcast show notes as I have emails.)
I don’t have to search high and wide for an angle or a unique selling proposition or even do that much research on the topic at hand because my client’s guest is an expert in this topic and usually comes packed to the gills with all of this stuff I need anyway.
And so, I listen to the podcast, write infectious bullets that “pre-sell” our list on the given product, add a link, hit send, then wait for the shekels to come pouring in.
More:
I’ve even done this for clients when they were the interviewer or interviewee. In fact, there have been several times I’ve watched a completely unrelated interview and used that as fodder to sell one of our products.
Make sure you understand what I’m saying:
You or your client don’t even need to create the content in order to profit from it!
Now, here’s the drawback to this strategy:
Most people don’t know how to use interviews or podcasts to “pre-sell” their lists on a certain product or service. Most podcasts aren’t even optimized for selling—they’re optimized for engagement.
But if you understand how to sell, how to write bullets, and how to persuade?
Well, then methinks you could make a figurative killing from “borrowing” credibility (or even just fodder) from interviews and podcasts.
An important strategy because everybody and their brother has a podcast these days.
Anywho:
If you want my help implementing this deceptively simple idea, hit reply, and let’s chat.
